Fr. Abraham Nadukunnel

Fr. Abraham Nadukunnel is a Catholic priest of the Syro-Malabar Church, originally from Kerala, India. He currently serves as the Forane Vicar (Parish Priest) of St. Thomas the Apostle Syro-Malabar Forane Church in Brisbane South, Australia. He is also an Eparchial Consultor for the Eparchy of St. Thomas the Apostle, Melbourne1.

Fr. Nadukunnel was ordained on January 1, 1997, and is the son of Augusty and Rosa Nadukunnel. He has siblings named Mary, Kurian, Thressiamma, and Joseph. In addition to his parish responsibilities, he is the spiritual director of the Nurses Ministry in Australia, a Catholic movement supporting professional nurses in their faith and service5.

Previously, he served as parish priest at St. Joseph’s Syro-Malabar Parish in Springfield (2022–2023) and has been actively involved in various church organizations and ministries, including the Cherupushpa Mission League and other community initiatives in Australia.
